1 Introduction & Definitions

Jadbazz (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "the Platform") is an international online gaming platform offering online casino, Sports Betting, Live Casino, and slots services to users in Bangladesh and around the world. By accessing the Jadbazz website (jadbazz.pro) or mobile application, you are entering into a legally binding agreement under these Terms and Conditions.

In this document, "user" or "member" refers to any person registered on the Jadbazz platform. "Services" refers to the Jadbazz website, mobile app, and all associated digital platforms. "Account" refers to the user's registered profile.

These Terms and Conditions were last updated in January 2026. Jadbazz reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Members will be informed of any changes via email or through the platform.

2 Eligibility & Registration

The following requirements must be met to open an account and use Jadbazz services:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. We may request proof of identity to verify your age at any time.
• You are not a resident of a country where online gaming is fully prohibited.
• You are opening the account for yourself and of your own free will — not on behalf of anyone else.
• All information provided at registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• You have never previously been banned from Jadbazz or had an account closed.

You will need to provide a valid email address or phone number when registering. Once registration is complete, a verification message will be sent to your email or phone. Some services may be restricted until verification is completed.

3 Account Management

The security of your Jadbazz account is entirely your responsibility. Keep your login credentials confidential and do not share them with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, contact our customer support immediately.

• Each individual may operate only one account.
• Multiple members of the same household may open separate accounts; however, using more than one account from the same device or IP address is prohibited.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• If your details change (phone number, email, or address), please update them immediately.
• If a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is requested, the required documents must be submitted within 7 business days.

Jadbazz reserves the right to temporarily suspend any account it deems suspicious, without prior KYC verification. In such cases, the member will be notified by email and given 48 hours to respond.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Jadbazz supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh's leading mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. All transactions are processed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka).

For deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 500.
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly.
• Deposits must be made using your own payment method only — funds sent from another person's account are not accepted.
• If your deposit is delayed for any reason, please contact customer support with your payment reference number.

For withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 1,000.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 12 to 24 hours.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be met before a withdrawal can be made.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

Jadbazz offers members a range of bonuses — welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and VIP rewards. Each bonus comes with its own terms that must be read before claiming.

• Accepting a bonus means you agree to the specific terms and conditions applicable to that bonus.
• Withdrawals from bonus funds are not permitted until the wagering requirements have been met.
• Using the same bonus offer more than once is prohibited.
• Winnings earned while playing with bonus balance cannot be withdrawn before the bonus wagering requirements are met.
• Jadbazz reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Any attempt to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on Jadbazz operate using internationally certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Every game outcome is entirely unbiased and not predetermined. Jadbazz does not manipulate the results of any game.

• If your internet connection drops during gameplay, the result of the last completed round will be deemed final.
• If a game cannot be completed due to a technical error, the wager will be refunded.
• In the event of a dispute over a game result, Jadbazz's server logs will be considered the final evidence.
• Betting rules for Sports Betting are detailed in a separate section.
• In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final and cannot be appealed.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jadbazz and will result in permanent account closure:

• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions.
• Exploiting the bonus system for unfair advantage (Bonus Abuse).
• Using software bots, automated scripts, or any third-party tools.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs for unfair advantage.
• Attempting to access another member's account.
• Attempting to upload malicious code or viruses to the platform.
• Operating multiple accounts under false identities.

8 Responsible Gaming

Responsible gaming is Jadbazz's top priority. We want our members to enjoy gaming as a form of entertainment — not a source of financial or emotional stress.

• You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from your account.
• The Self-Exclusion feature allows you to temporarily exclude yourself from the platform for a set period.
• The cooling-off period feature lets you take a gaming break ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• The Reality Check feature will send you regular reminders of how long you have been playing.

9 Privacy and Data Protection

10 Account Closure and Suspension

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

• If you voluntarily close your account, any remaining balance will be refunded (excluding bonus balance).
• If an account is closed due to a rule violation, Jadbazz reserves the right to forfeit the account balance.
• Inactive accounts (no transactions for 12 months) will be notified in advance before any maintenance fee is applied.
• Jadbazz reserves the right to close any account at any time, for any reason.

11 Limitation of Liability

Jadbazz strives to deliver its services to the highest standard. That said, Jadbazz is not liable in the following cases:

• If a game is not completed due to an internet disconnection or technical error.
• If a transaction is delayed due to a third-party payment provider.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorized account access where the user has shared their own credentials.
• Force Majeure — natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unavoidable circumstances.

In all circumstances, Jadbazz's maximum liability shall be limited to the value of the transaction in question.

12 Changes to Terms & Legal Matters

Jadbazz reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified by email in advance of any significant changes.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved in accordance with the laws of Jadbazz's licensing jurisdiction.
• If any provision of these terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply.
